Leadership Luncheon Committee
The Leadership Lunch committee plans and organizes WCREW’s annual Leadership Lunch event which recognizes woman leaders who have made outstanding contributions and achievements in the commercial real estate industry. This committee is responsible for planning and publicizing the event, soliciting nominations, and maintaining the event’s budget within defined goals. The Leadership Lunch is also home to the McConnell Networking Award, and any updates on initiatives from WCREW’s Charitable Committee. In addition to those two committees, the Leadership Lunch committee also works with the Sponsorship Committee to garner support for the event. This committee meets about 6-7 times a year.
- Organize annual Leadership Lunch event, held in June.
- Oversee nomination solicitation and judging (with help from Board on final selection).
- Develop and update event materials, including nominations, program and day-of schedule planning.
- Publicize event to community, create awareness of WCREW’s award.
- Grow event in attendance and sponsorship annually, and increase the association’s visibility.
