Vierbicher Associates, Inc. (Vierbicher) is looking for a talented individual to lead our Corporate Marketing and Business Development program. Vierbicher, located in three offices throughout Wisconsin, is a team of professional engineers, planners, community development, GIS and water resources specialists, surveyors, and building inspectors. Our ideal Marketing Director will champion the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. We seek a professional with an eye towards long-term commitment, as this role will be an integral part of the firm’s management team. Specifically, this Marketing Director will work alongside – and be supported by – a group of individuals who truly value the benefits reaped from solid, consistent marketing. This person must be an effective communicator with enthusiasm towards collaborating with team members, as well as internal and external clients. With an unwavering commitment to the firm’s success, this professional will bring creative marketing ideas, energy, and a will-do attitude! Vierbicher has given great deal of attention towards planning for growth. Therefore, it is also essential that our Marketing Director contributes to execution; achieving measurable results should be a significant personal motivator. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute annual Marketing Plan and Forecast of Sales. Evaluate target markets, market trends, client needs, and customer satisfaction. Initiate marketing programs, develop materials and lead staff to support the Marketing Plan. Improve (as needed) sales processes and implement sales/marketing training programs. Establish and monitor standards, processes and systems related to Marketing. Oversee coordination of relationships with media representatives, public relations activities, corporate identity, direct mail programs, project photography, newsletter, advertising, preparation of marketing materials, quality control review, and updates for web site. Lead-by-example, and provide guidance/training to the in-house marketing staff. In order to be considered for this position you must possess the following basic qualifications: Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications preferred. Ten to fifteen years of professional services experience and demonstrated ability in management and marketing.
