Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW) was formed in 1998 as the local chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, a premier industry networking organization, founded in 1988, with a multi-disciplinary membership of 8,000 professionals located in 73 major markets across North America.

As my term as 2011 WCREW President comes to a close, it's only natural for me to look back and reflect on the year's experiences, not only for myself, but for the chapter. I learned a lot in the past year, made some new contacts, learned about leadership, and focused on how to make WCREW a stronger chapter. Looking back, it's great to celebrate our successes, yes, but we also needed to re-address our strategic plan and vision for WCREW, so that there is definition on where we're going in the future.
